The apartment
The double bedroom is separate from the living room, which also includes the kitchen and dining area. The sofa opens into a double bed. Outside, there’s a courtyard with a table and chairs. A large, gentle-natured sighthound and some ducks roam freely in the outdoor areas of the property.

Location and getting here
The apartment is at Via Mier 172 in Belluno. The entrance is through the French door with the yellow curtain, on the left in the photo. There are no stairs to reach it, and one outdoor parking space is reserved for guests.

Information for your stay
Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times are flexible and agreed before your stay, subject to the apartment’s availability. Please agree your arrival time in advance. Keys are collected from the lockbox after the arriving guest’s identity has been checked, either in person or remotely. The code is provided after verification.
Length of stay
Stays from 1 to 30 nights. Rates take the length of your stay into account and may be higher for a single night. A longer minimum stay may be required during high season, public holidays and holiday weekends.
Pets and outdoor areas
Pets are allowed with prior notice and a supplement stated in the quote. Please include the species and number of pets in the request. Guests are responsible for any damage caused. A large, gentle-natured sighthound and some ducks roam freely in the outdoor areas of the property. Guests’ pets must be kept under control and must not roam freely in the outdoor areas. Please keep them on a lead or in a suitable carrier.
Children and accessibility
Guests travelling with children or infants need to bring the equipment they require. There are no stairs to the entrance, but the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair use.
Booking and payment
The quote includes the terms of the stay and instructions for confirming your booking. For direct bookings, we accept bank transfer, PayPal, Satispay and Postepay. The payment method and deadlines are agreed before confirmation.
Waste sorting
Waste sorting is required. Guests must separate their waste and put it in the designated bins provided in the apartment, following the instructions supplied.
Before departure
At checkout, please leave the apartment tidy, with the washing-up done, the kitchen in order and waste sorted into the correct bins. We take care of the final cleaning.
Heating and winter comfort
The apartment has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. During the colder months, the temperature is regulated for comfortable indoor conditions, generally around 20–21 °C, while avoiding excessive heat and energy waste.
Kitchen starter supplies
A small starter supply of coffee, sugar, salt, oil and pepper is provided in the kitchen.
